This is an example letter you would issue once an employee informs you that they will be attending ante-natal appointments. this will need the usual personalisation bits in RED but also requires some adjustments dependant upon your approach towards things such as, whether you are requesting the employee attempts to make the appointment at the beginning or end of the working day (in a bid to reduce impact on the organisation) and also what proof (if any) is required for the appointment: Such things will depend upon your policy.
