Appeal meeting outcome letter for flexible working.

Following the appeal meeting, you will need to confirm the outcome. This letter is an example of what you could issue; the outcome being that the appeal is upheld – detail the changes with dates etc (remember that if you agree a temporary trial period of changes, which should be outlined) or… the appeal is turned down.

This letter would complete the process.
