Making a Job Offer Letter with a s1 statement WHEN an interview has taken place

This document is an example letter you would send to make an offer of a job to a prospective new employee WHEN AN INTERVIEW HAS TAKEN PLACE. This letter is used specifically when you send the offer letter WITH a section 1 statement containing all the main terms and conditions. This requires the prospective employee to sign a copy of this letter and a copy of the s1 statement (a template example of the s1 statement can be found in this section). The prospective employee is required to return both in acceptance of the offer so remember to send two copies of each document.
