Risk Assessment and Time off letter.

This letter is an example of one you would issue once you receive written notification from your employee that she is pregnant. It is an important letter as it addresses the very important area of maternity risk assessment and the need for a meeting to be arranged to complete this process. It also addresses the area of ante-natal rights , appointments etc.

This letter does require some personalisation – shown in RED including the name of the person the employee needs to contact to arrange the risk assessment meeting.
